Issues, Georgia’s sensational heavy metal artists are bringing their signature sounds to the Summit Music Hall!
The band was formed in Atlanta in 2012 and it consists of Tyler Carter (clean vocals and rap vocals), Michael Bohn (unclean vocals and clean vocals), Adrian "AJ" Rebollo (lead guitar, rhythm guitar, and unclean vocals), Skyler Acord (bass guitar), and Josh Manuel (drums and percussion). Their musical style is best described as a blend of heavy metal (a subgenre of rock that developed in the late 1960s and early 1970s and features a thick, massive sound, characterized by highly amplified distortion, extended guitar solos, emphatic beats, and overall loudness), post hardcore (a punk rock music genre that derives from hardcore punk but emphasises a greater degree of creative expression initially inspired by post punk and noise rock), and metalcore (a broad fusion genre of extreme metal and hardcore punk, noted for its use of breakdowns, which are slow, intense passages that are conducive to moshing). They’ve had a stellar career with 2 studio albums, 8 music videos, 2 extended plays, and 11 singles. They’ve received many accolades including 2 Alternative Press Music Awards (for Artist of the Year and Best Bassist). They’ve also been nominated for a Revolver Golden God Award (for Best New Talent).
